Frequently asked questions

Worth knowing before you ask for a quote.

Do you only build websites?

No. Besides websites, we build web apps, apps that install on a phone (PWAs) and custom business software, such as internal systems, back-office tools and automations.

What happens after handover?

It is up to you. You can take the software over and run it yourself, or leave its maintenance, updates and further development to us.

Can you run the software for us?

Yes, on request. That way you do not have to deal with servers and updates.

What if I find a bug?

Let us know and we will look into it. The terms for fixes are set out in our quote, and every fix is reviewed and tested before it goes live.

How do you use AI?

We use AI to speed up the work. We design the solution ourselves, and a person reviews every change. Your software is not an AI-generated mass product, but the faster work makes a more favourable quote possible.
